I visited the ashram in Thiruvannamalai on my second trip to India. Amazing. I want to go back.

It really is so simple. Really.

I had opportunities to go and do meditation when there were no classes making friends get irritated, coz they'd always wanted to go for movies. I'll stay back when they all go for movies. Dust
dirt
sweat
mixed with jasmine flowers

Music of the people
for the people
cars honk all day

laughing

spitting
fighting

temple music wakes me

Healing
yoga
ayurveda
pure yoga
from the heart
this is the heart

Birth
life
death
on the streets
go with the flow
